One of the most prestigious and oldest hotels in Taormina, built in 1904, the Excelsior Palace is situated on the wonderful promontory of this ‘Ionian Pearl’, surrounded by Greek-Roman walls. The imposing hotel is immersed in an atmosphere saturated with history, demonstrated by its merlons and turrets and the magnificent Sicilian park reaching down to the sea, constituting an incomparable natural theatre stage in front of Mount Etna.
