The building which houses this prestigious Venice hotel boasts an illustrious history: originally from the 18th century, until the end of the 19th century it belonged to the Sherimann aristocratic family, an Armenian family who had moved to Venice some time before. Their coat of arms can be seen in the fine Carrara marble floor of the lobby. Recently renovated, the hotel has every modern amenity, such as the elevator, to give guests a comfortable stay.
