Palazzo Stern is located in a historic building dating from the fifteenth century, rebuilt in the twentieth century by a family of art collectors, the Stern family . Recently renovated, the property is now one of the most famous hotels in Venice as it represents a melting between different historical periods, decorated with artistic and architectural details that create a unique and charming atmosphere.

The beautiful terrace , with its magnificent view over the Grand Canal and the city of Venice, is a unique characteristic of this excellent hotel, whose amenities include also a Jacuzzi where guests can relax and enjoy pleasant moments of tranquility, and which during the summer is the ideal place for the hotel bar, where to enjoy a good cocktail.

Breakfast is served every morning in the breakfast room of the hotel, but on request it can also be served in the privacy of our guests' rooms.

Palazzo Stern is situated at a short distance from Piazza San Marco (10 minutes by foot, crossing the Accademia Bridge), a very quiet and private location, away from the busy center, immersed in the real life of Venice. Right next to the hotel guests can benefit from the public boat transport Ca' Rezzonico and in front of the hotel there are private docks for boats and taxis.

The 24 rooms of the property, some overlooking the Grand Canal, are all furnished in Venetian style with precious details such as special carpets and Murano glass pots thus creating a warm and evocative atmosphere to make your Venice stay unique.

The staff of Palazzo Stern and its 24-hour reception are at our guests' disposal, in order to make their stay the most pleasant, giving advice on excursions, events and restaurants or bars in the surroundings.
