Just a 10-minute drive from the Medina of Fes, Hotel 5 stars SAHRAI, designed by architect and designer Christophe Pillet, enjoys a spectacular view of the largest medina in the Arab World, with its architecture is a perfect blend of tradition and contemporary style.
The resort has a lush garden, an outdoor pool and a modern wellness center with spa treatments, massages, hammam and swimming pool. The SPA also has a terrace with a magnificent view of the Fès.

At the Relais de Paris restaurant, with a menu inspired by French brasserie, you can enjoy local produce in season, inside or on the terrace overlooking the city.

Facing east, the standard rooms overlook a neighborhood in full architectural transformation displaying the last vestiges of the traditional military barracks surrounding Marshal Lyautey’s Residence.
The floor-to-ceiling windows in this room offer beautiful views on the city or the pool and the garden. In an eclectic mix of cultures and textures, Christophe Pillet makes use of Taza stone, carved plaster, marble, glass and terracotta to create a melding of simplicity and sophistication, comfort and invention.
Every detail embodies thoughtful luxury, including crisp white linens, plush duvet and sumptuous Acqua di Parma bath products. Some deluxe rooms have private terraces
Framing sweeping views of the Medina and the Mellah, the floor-to-ceiling windows in these suites offer a dramatic perspective on the city below. The junior Suites are our largest rooms and provide the ultimate in comfort and luxury. They feature black marble bathrooms with double vanity tops, central bed with a desk in front of the headboard. Some suites feature private terraces.
The Sahrai Suite is the largest and most luxurious suite at Hotel Sahrai. Equipped with sun loungers, a table and chairs for al fresco entertaining, its clean, simple lines epitomize the refined elegance of the hotel. The spacious suite showcases a deluxe king-size bed, an open living room, a walk-in closet, a luxurious marble bathroom equipped with a large bathtub and shower and a generous private terrace.
