Best Western Plus Hotel Villa Tacchi
8.6/10 on 350 reviews
Villa Tacchi is a monumental 17th century Palladian villa, whose one-time owners, the Gazzo-Beretta family, used while cultivating the fields and reclaiming the lands of the estate. The villa has had several proprietors since that time, among which the aristocratic Tacchi family, and retains its original form but thanks to careful renovation has become a magnificent hotel with a polyvalent congress centre today.
The magnificent salons overlook immense tidy and resplendent gardens, and the bedrooms have the warmth of the family touch and every type of comfort. All bedrooms are furnished with marble of every colour and type, floorings and ceilings are tasteful, refined and modern.
On the estate, it is possible to visit the “la Ghiacciaia” building which was built at the end of the 18th century for long-term housing of ice, food and drink: the ancient forerunner of the modern refrigerator.
Hotel Villa Tacchi is also proposed as an ideal place for the organisation of wedding breakfasts, banquets and all kinds of convivial events.

His Opinion: For the money, we feel very oversold on this hotel.
It provided very low value.
The pool was closed in May even though it was 25 degrees out.
This was a disappointment given that it was something
our daughter was very excited about.
The location is poor, practically at the end of an
industrial park and a cow pasture. The whole area smelled
likd cow maneur and that smell came into the hotel.
The interior of the hotel was dated and in need of
rennovation. There was a musty smell in the hallways.
It almost smelled like urine.
The rooms were also dated, the beds were uncomfortable.
Finally the staff was barely around and
When they were around they didn't speak
a word of either french, english or german. Bizzare
for what is claimed to be 4 star hotel.
The staff seemed very unhelpful.
For 175 euros a night, very upsetting hotel. We wish
We didn't book here at all
