The Petra Segreta Resort & SPA, a luxurious 4-star hotel on the Costa Smeralda, is set in the splendid high valley of Buddeo, a few minutes from the picturesque and ancient town of San Pantaleo: a splendid panorama can be enjoyed from the hotel of the Costa Smeralda – renowned all over the world for its marvellous beaches, wordly places such as Porto Cervo and for its evocative hinterland – and stretches from the gulf of Arzachena to the island of Caprera, to the island of Maddalena and finally to the island of Corsica.
The Resort was created by careful renovation of a little village of ‘stazzi’, typical ‘galluresi’ or Sardinian buildings, which have been converted into refined high-quality hotel rooms, perfectly integrated into the surrounding environment. In an area of five hectares of beautiful woods, among the shady green of holm oak trees and junipers and the white of the granite rock sculpted by the wind, the paths which cross the woods are immersed in the fragrance of Sardinian vegetation and take you to enchanting panoramic viewpoints.
Heart of the village is the main building overlooking the heated swimming pool with hydro-massage and waterfall features. In the main building is the lounge with fireplace, reading room, office corner, the bar area with panoramic terrace and the restaurant with outside veranda and breathtaking views, where you can be amazed by the Chef’s proposals – traditional Sardinian dishes done in a creative and innovative way.
Everywher is elegantly furnished with a touch of an old countryside residence, where each guest who enters will be enveloped by the immediate sensation of warmth and hospitality.

His Opinion: Wir waren Anfang Oktober für ein verlängertes Wochenende im Resort.
Die Lage ist phantastisch und die Anlage ganz bezaubernd. Man kommt an und fühlt sich sofort wohl, die Atmophäre bringt einen sofort in den Ruhemodus den wir uns für das Wochenende gewünscht haben.
Die Austattung der Zimmer und das Ambiente in den Restaurants und der Anlage ist das was man bei Relais & Châteaux erwartet, einfach top!
