It is reached by a large pedestrian street, full of vegetation with lovely flowers. With spectacular views over the lake, the refined suites have been carefully renovated to their original splendor by re-discovering their original colours which had been lost with time.
Ideal for reading or a game of chess, the small “sala azzurra” is a comfortable little corner, while breakfast is served in the rustic salon with fireplace – the “Sala dei Trofei” (Trophy Room).
The luxuriant garden and direct access to the lake, make the Relais the perfect place for relaxing holidays. Have long walks along the idyllic pathways to the romantic gazebo, discovering and admiring glimpses of many unexpected views, relax in the sun or have a swim in the swimming pool with its nice azure mosaic decoration..
Descending some steps, you reach the private jetty/landing stage. To appreciate the beauty of the lake more, or reach one of its countless little beaches, you can rent a boat or motorboat or paddle a canoe – available for guests, together with bicycles for a ride along the shoreline. Trekking enthusiasts can find lots of pathways and mule tracks which wind among small picturesque villages, such as nearby Cernobbio or, higher up, Sighignola (called “Balcony of Italy”).
After the excursions, you can enjoy relaxation in the Turkish bath or hydro-massage tub.

His Opinion: Extremely beautiful setting and lovely building. TV reception was very poor and bathroom did not function optimally - breakfast was not bad but could be better, for the price. Overall, recommendable....
