Just 2 minutes walk from the edge of the lake and near to the enchanting medieval village of Torri del Benaco which dates back to Roman times and is testimony to the period of the Lombards and Scaliger tombs.
Apart from the evocative lake shores and the historical town centre, you can enjoy numerous attractions in this area of Verona: an ideal blend of art and culture, nature and endless sporting activities which range from sailing, windsurfing, golf, or trekking on Monte Baldo, to museums, exhibitions and events, theme parks and spa centres, without forgetting the wine and gastronomic aspect and its night life with some of the loveliest discotheques in Italy.
The Residence offers its guests a genuine experience of hospitality, with apartments finished to a very high quality and all having garden or terrace/portico with table and chairs, sun-loungers and magnificent views over the lake and the town with its delightful port and the historic Scaligero Castle. Built in 2007, according to modern living criteria, and in a central location just behind and above Torri del Benaco, the residence follows the lines of the hill with its old olive grove and consists of two structures of two storeys each, with a total of 28 living units: standard and superior 2-roomed, studio apartments.
The apartments are all different from one another, divided into double, triple or quadruple bedrooms. Comfortable and luminous, they are furnished with antique furniture, prints and nice paintings, and have every comfort such as the kitchenette with microwave oven and wireless internet…
For guests, there is a beautiful swimming pool with solarium, bicycles, wellness, panoramic bar and hobby area, laundry room with washing machine and drying facilities, subterranean garage, and also daily cleaning, laundry provided (as in a hotel) and various personalized services, such as breakfast room service on request or proposals for the organization of your programme of activities.
