Ideal location for a tasteful and relaxing stay, Santoro Country House has 12 welcoming and comfortable rooms and a large swimming pool surrounded by a luxuriant garden; inside our Ruvì Restaurant, the elegantly informal and warm environment blends perfectly with the food and wine itinerary suggested by the Zero Km Menu.
We are located in Rovittello, a quiet hamlet of Castiglione di Sicilia, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, dominated by the Castle of Lauria and full of churches, baroque facades and historical and cultural testimonies, which wind from the medieval old town to the countryside that surround the inhabited center.
Our Cooking Class, conducted by local housewives, is an unmissable experience that we include among the many activities to be carried out in the surrounding area: wine tastings and visits to ancient Palmenti, excursions on Etna and the Alcantara Gorges, interesting city tours , horse or donkey excursions, golf lessons (an important 18-hole course is just over a kilometer away).
All hotel rooms are equipped with wardrobe, desk, safe, flat-screen TV and private bathroom with shower. Every morning we offer a rich breakfast at the table, typical and genuine.
