The Schlosshotel Kronberg, also a Golf resort and castle hotel, has since 1954 been a luxury hotel of the first order. Built under commission from Empress Victoria Friedrich and completed in 1893, it is today one of the most impressive German castles and offers its guests living history to touch and feel. Exclusive furnishings and an impressive collection of antiques and paintings from the private estate of the Empress Viktoria.
With it two restaurants " Viktoria" and "Enrico d´Assia" the castle make sure to meet all tastes with different cuisines and colors. If the weather allows it, guests can eat on the terrace overlooking the golf course and gardens. English afternoon tea is served in the library at weekends. Furthermore the hotel provides a fantastic starting point for hiking and bicycling tours throughout the Hoch-Taunus Nature Park. Last but not least the Hotel provides Porsche Drive Rental and guests can book a Porsche at the hotel for a wonderful panoramic drive the Hoch-Taunus Hils.

Our Heritage Room (approx. 66 ft²) is individually furnished in warm colors with floral accents. Tastefully furnished with antiques, the Heritage category exudes an atmosphere that is as elegant as it is cozy.
Our renovated Castle Rooms range in size from 25-98 ft² and are located in winding areas of the castle. These very individually designed rooms in warm tones offer the traveler both comfort and functionality in combination with the unique atmosphere of the castle.
The renovated Castle Park View rooms (25-45m2) impress with their view of the castle park. The rooms have been renovated with great attention to detail and each room has its own unique flair. What they all have in common is that various antiques from the House of Hesse give the rooms a very personal touch.
The spectacular panoramic view from the exceptionally large windows of the castle Grand park view rooms, the golf course, the Frankfurt skyline or the Taunus Mountains enchants and particularly distinguishes these rooms. The renovated Castle Grand Park View rooms (30 to 180 ft²) feature generously appointed bathrooms, a comfortable seating area and selected antiques that lend each room a special charm.
These lovingly renovated Castle Grand Balcony rooms have a size of 30 to 131 ft². The absolute highlight of these rooms is the private balcony with a breathtaking view of the castle park and golf course. Antiques from the House of Hesse add extra flair to the rooms and invite you to take a very special time out.
With a separate living and sleeping area, the Castle Junior Suites offer a distinctly homely flair and extend over 38-164 ft². The suites, which have been renovated with great attention to detail, impress with their combination of modern comfort and antiques from the House of Hesse. The enchanting view of the green castle park and golf course can be discovered from the daylight-flooded bathroom or from the cozy sitting area.
The Heritage Suites are located in the heritage-protected area of the castle and are furnished with a variety of tasty antiques and art from the House of Hesse. The separate living and sleeping area extends over 68-240 ft² and is ideal for up to three people. The cozy sitting area offers not only space to linger but also an enchanting view of the park and charming courtyard of the castle.
Each Castle Grand Suite is unique. The individually renovated suites extend over 63-302 ft² and are alternatively equipped with a separate dining room, a connecting door or a refined maisonette. The breathtaking view of these suites varies between the expanse over the golf course and enchanting views of the castle park and inner courtyard. What they all have in common is the spaciousness of a separate living and sleeping area and suitability for up to three people. These suites also combine precious antiques and art from the House of Hesse with modern luxury.
The Castle Balcony Suites are an absolute highlight and offer a spacious balcony with spectacular views of the castle park, the golf course or Kronberg Castle in the Taunus region. The outdoor area of the suites invites you to linger in the open air and offers a breathtaking backdrop.
As the listed centerpiece of the castle, the unique Castle Royal Suite offers the perfect combination of European history and timeless living comfort. On a total of 492 ft², numerous antiques and art are reminiscent of the former castle of Empress Victoria Frederick. Lavish renovations are evident in the daylight-flooded luxury bathroom, bedroom and dressing room. All rooms offer a breathtaking view of the extensive castle park and golf course.
