Named for the saints Giacomo (James) and Filippo (Philip), the estate (Tenuta, in Italian) is the fruit of an extensive restoration, of a centuries-old farming community (borgo, in Italian). Taking its cue from local tradition, this painstaking task involved the use of local materials, and sustainable practices, to ensure respect for the environment while creating a luxurious setting that would make a stay at the Tenuta Santi Giacomo e Filippo a truly memorable experience.
